we might as well talk about zombies.

well. actually. i guess we better start with vampires and werewolves! i love vampires and werewolves. i think they are interesting. maybe even slightly magical, like sinister magical, not fairy dust magical. i have read tons of books about vampires and have loved their world. (twilight series, interview with a vampire, the vampire lestat, the mortal instruments, etc.) i just think vampires are pretty awesome. and werewolves are pretty cool too. and the thing is...vampires and werewolves are not real. and i know that. and i know that they could never be real. ever.

but i am terrified of zombies.

i like to think that i like them, but i am actually, for reals, scared of them. i feel like zombies could totally happen. i mean, it only takes an airborne virus to turn people into the living dead. or some really strange drug or something like that. and bam. zombies taking over the world. i don't really like them at all. but i do. a little. i am so conflicted!

evan likes zombies but hates vampires. and i think that is so funny. he says with zombies, you know what you are getting. they are obvious. but with vampires, you just don't really know! they could be your best friend, and then all of a sudden, fang out on you. but me...i like the vampires better. they aren't scary. if they come after you, you aren't really going to know. and it probably would be no big deal. but zombies. oi. they don't stop till they eat your brains. gross.

with that all being said. i am totally stoked about these two zombie movies. funny. i know. but i am.
